Blue And Gold Dinner February 20, 2009

Thanks to everyone who helped with this years event including Darla Flanders,  Anita Gultom, Barb Hegenes, Cindy Blomgren, Eric Blomgren, BSA Troop 589, and Mad Science of Saint Paul. 

Our Senior Webelos have now graduated and become Boy Scouts. Thank you to Steve Kvidera and Glen Meier for their service to Pack 422 over the last year.


Pinewood Derby January 24, 2009

Pack 422 held it's Pinewood Derby on Saturday January 24th.  A great day of racing was had by all.  Thanks to Jon for getting the track set up and running the racing program.  Thanks to Troop 589 of Chaska for helping with race operations.

December 2008 Public Service Activity

On December 18th, Pack 422 visited Summerwood Senior Center in Chanhassen. We sang Christmas songs, read the Christmas Story, and visited with the residents. Our evening was capped with cookies and treats at CHA.  Thanks to Mark for setting up this event.

2008 Wreath Sale

We had a very successful Wreath Sale. Thanks to Steve B. and his family for coordinating.  Proceeds from the Wreath Sale will fund our Pack for the coming year. Scouts who participated will receive a nifty activity patch from their Den Leader. Incentive awards were presented to individual scouts based on their sales achievement.

October '08 Hayride And Flag Retirement

October 24th Pack 422 gathered for an all family event. Activities included a wiener roast, and exciting horse and tractor drawn hayrides. The evening was capped by a campfire program. During the campfire 3 worm and tired United States flags were retired with honor and dignity.  In this photo scouts are preparing a worn flag for retirement.

September '08 Rocket Launch

Our September Pack Event was a Rocket Launch held on Saturday September 20.  We all had a "blast" shooting our rockets into the sky.  The weather was fantastic and everyone had a great time.

Wolfs Feed the Birds!

Following the Rocket Launch, the 2nd grade Wolfs cooked their own hotdog lunch. Then they learned about tools, and built bird feeds.
