All new Pack 422 Scouts, Parents, and Adult Leaders are expected to read our Charter and Addendum agreements that govern how Pack 422 is operated, and how members are expected to behave.
The Charter is a high level document describing the relationship between BSA and Chapel Hill Academy.
The Addendum defines how Pack 422 is organized, membership requirements, Leadership chain of command, responsibilities, and other details that are specific to our Pack and CHA.
The signed originals are on file at the CHA office, and may be inspected during normal school office hours by contacting the receptionist.
Electronic copies are posted on this web site for study and reference. If there is a conflict between the master documents on file in the school office and the electronic version, the signed document in the school office will have precedence.
The Charter and Addendum are reviewed, edited as needed, signed, and a copy of both are sent to the Minnetonka BSA office on an annual basis.
